Shipping policy

All our products are digital

The Cosmic Update sells personalised astrology PDF reports — fully digital, no physical shipment.

Your report is delivered by email, as a download link, typically within 1 hour of purchase. The link is valid for 14 days and can be used up to 10 times. If your link expires before you managed to download your report, email support@thecosmicupdate.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right: we will get your report to you again or refund you in full.

There are no shipping fees and no shipping times to worry about. You'll receive your reading wherever you are in the world.
